This is a new number that has been introduced to help make it easier for you to access local health services .

You should use the NHS 111 service if you need medical help but it is not a 999 emergency as Knowsley CCG commission the out of hours service.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please do not use these departments instead of obtaining a GP appointment when the surgery is open.
