Roby Medical Centre, are committed to keeping our patients safe, especially when it comes to Infection Prevention and Control. We have an infection control lead – Advanced Nurse Practitioner  Jayne Byrne,. The GP responsible is Dr Kabir.

We all undertake yearly training, (even non clinical staff) to ensure we are up to date with all aspects of infection control, which includes a yearly handwashing audit.

Due to Covid 19, the Infection Prevention and Control measures have had to be changed and adapted to ensure we are Covid safe and the staff have adapted well to the changes and risen to the challenge of ensuring the safety of our patients during this time.
